FOOD FOR THE SPIRIT
GOD knows what you need - HE knows your heart - sometimes we can't share what's bothering us or what we need with other people - but that doesn't mean that GOD won't hear your prayers. We can pray to GOD in secret/quietly for ourselves and for others - you don't have to know the details - just give them to GOD - HE will do the rest!
